1.Participation in the tour
Customers are required to bring their confirmation of the reservation either on paper or in an electronic device in order to take part in the tour. Prague Gay Pub Crawl reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion as well as to exclude anyone from the tour if he or she violates rules of the organizer or prevents other participants from enjoying the tour.
2. Payment
The total amount of the tour price is due upon making a reservation. A cash payment could be exceptionally accepted at the meeting point if agreed with a member of Prague Gay Pub Crawl in advance or if a client comes without booking – in which case depends on availability.
3. Age restriction
Due to character of provided services the tours are suitable for adults only. The legal age in Czech Republic is 18 years. It is the responsibility of the client to be in possession of a valid passport or identification card showing age. Door policies of individual venues vary and only a valid passport or ID card may be accepted as identification.
4. Changes by You
Any changes to the original booking must be confirmed by Prague gay pub crawl. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate changes and the additional requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.
5. Cancellation
The Client may cancel the booking at any time up to 24 hours before the start of the tour in order to claim 50% refund of the paid amount. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the tour is due or in case of no-show no refund will be made.
6. Changes by us
While Prague gay pub crawl will use its best endeavours to operate all tours as advertised, by entering into this contract the client accepts that it may prove necessary or advisable to vary or modify a tour itinerary or its content due to prevailing local conditions. In addition, the tour will be operated if the minimum amount of participants (5 persons) is reached. If not it could be cancelled up to 5 hours before its scheduled start. Prague Gay Pub Crawl reserves the right to cancel or change any of the facilities or services described on its web page and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable value.
